Lawrence began his career in the finance industry in 2004 and quickly rose through the ranks, earning recognition for his drive, leadership, and performance. By 2006, just two years into the industry, he was promoted to Manager, the youngest to hold the position at the time. His upward momentum continued, and in 2009, he was appointed as Senior Director.

Known for his visionary leadership, Lawrence became one of the first Game Leaders in the company and in Singapore, playing a key role in shaping a new leadership culture within the organization. In 2012, he took the entrepreneurial leap and established his own business, bringing with him years of experience, industry insight, and a passion for developing people and teams.

Lawrence continues to lead with purpose, driven by a commitment to excellence and a belief in empowering others to achieve their fullest potential.
